The price ranges listed below are provided as references only to help you gauge the potential cost of your email marketing campaign. In order for us to provide an estimate for a particular project, we will request additional details about your specific goals and requirements.

Most of the following prices ranges include our View Campaign service, assuming ThinkSend will be handling most of the work for your email marketing campaign. Reduced rates may apply to customers choosing our Create/Send service. Please contact us for additional information.

E-mail list costs - up to $3,000+
To avoid additional fees and keep costs low, ThinkSend clients should supply their own opt-in email marketing lists. Costs for researching and identifiying third-party opt-in email lists may range from $500 to $3,000 or more depending on the size and demographics of the available list. Please note: the use of third-party lists will usually require that your email marketing campaign is deployed through a service other than ThinkSend.

Compose & Design - $2,000 to $3,500+
We will compose, design and develop an Email Blast for your promotion. This includes 1 interface design and 2 small revisions/changes to the presented design. Next, we will code the email using HTML 4 standards (utilizing TABLES for layout and only inline CSS), in an attempt to have the email displayed in a similar format/layout with multiple email clients. A Plain Text version would also be created for email clients that do not support HTML.

Testing (& Campaign Setup) - $1,000
We can test the Email Blast to ensure the HTML displays similarly in most current versions of popular Email Clients (AOL, Apple Mail, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Windows Mail, AOL Web, Gmail, Mobile Me, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail/Classic, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile). In addition, we will test the Email Blast to ensure it passes popular Spam Filter software (McAfee Security Center, Norton, Outlook, BrightMail, MessageLabs, Postini, Spam Assassin). Results of this test may dictate small changes that must be made to the Email Blast design, code or content.

Deployment - $75 (for up to $1,000 emails)
If ThinkSend will be deploying (sending) your Email Blast to an email list that you have provided, it must first be certified by you as an opt-in list. In addition, our Email Hosting Provider may delay your deployment for up to 24 hours, while they review and confirm your initial lists. Deployment fees will be higher for more than 1,000 emails.

Note: ThinkSend will ONLY deploy opt-in lists. In addition, if a third-party email list is used, deployment must usually be completed through the list provider. Fees may vary widely.

Template Setup - $2,000 per design)
If you would like to reuse the same Email Blast design for future campaigns, and you are deploying with ThinkSend, we can setup your Email Blast design as a "Template". The text and images (your content) can then be easily swapped out by you, within the Content Management System (CMS). You can even redeploy your Template yourself, without our involvement, saving you money!
